So, for example, murder, rape, torture can be forgiven (I understand you are supposed to repent), but not blasphemy against the holy ghost.

Does anyone else find that morally repugnant?

It suggests that such blasphemy is worse than any other act, no matter how despicable.

Reuters reports today that an Italian family named their son after the day he was born, which is Friday. After 15 months, a tribunal has ordered that he be called Gregory because they want to protect him from the stigma attached to the man in the Robinson Crusoe story. They say the name is going to cause him pain in society also, that he ought to have a Christian name.

The choice of Friday may be unusual and the world may think whatever it feels, but whose child and why does it matter what others think? I am certain that is where their interest in that child ends. He would not be privileged to turn to them for anything if the need arose.

As a trucker I have to follow Federal laws anyway, so why not just have a federal ID?
makes too much sense to me!
it could have a RFD chip and a bar code together as far as that goes. I am not scared and I have nothing to hide (it is easier to hide in a crowd anyways) I am tired of people thinking that driving is a "right" it should be a privilege. I would lose my whole livelyhood if I lost my license and end up in the poor house but I have come to terms with this and think it should be a nationwide agenda to keep highways safe and secure.
why arn't we moving forward with this??

Looking at buying a property (100 yr old Victorian Terrance), the current owner has renovated and had a new damp proof course added - (the one where they drill and inject). The estate agent has a certificate from the DPC intstaller to guarantee the work for 20 years.

Having had a valuation/survey done on the property, the surveyor has found higher than normal readings and states that the newly installed DPC was not done correctly (due to the fact that he has found high readings).

Is the 25 year guarantee worth the paper it is written on? Is the surveyor just highlighting so as we can bargain with the seller?

What direction should we take?

Are you quick to hear and slow to speak, or quick on both counts, or slow of hearing and quick to speak, or how?
Just curious.
For me, it's a mixed thing, sometimes I listen well, other times I just can't seem to shut up.

You all are disgusting. Have you ever gone out and attempted to educate yourselves on the Muslim religion? Are you taking just the limited knowledge you have from the war and 911 and using it to make assumptions about a hugely widespread and diverse religion?

No religion is without its faults. Anybody remember the Holocaust? Nobody hates Christianity for that it seems.

I'm looking for a nice bolt-action. I went to Scheel's Sports last night and found a nice Stevens/Savage Arms .30-06 for around $350 and a couple smaller calibers for around the same price. All of them come with a package and all they really need is a final sight-in.

Is this a good deal? What should I consider for a first bolt-action and what kind of other informations?
