I have these nice Samsung ear phones that came with my Juke phone, and my lil sister broke them!! Are they available in stores so I can buy another one, or are they exclusive for the Juke?

Wasn't the 80's the ultimate decade for music in general? Today it just seems like there is not enough heart and soul in alot of the songs I hear. Of course everyone is different! So I'm sure alot of people may disagree with me. I thought that one bad move was when bands started mixing 2 types of music together. Like Rap and Metal. Its okay to do it as a side project, but to actually have a band that is both rap and metal? Nah! I don't see that as being a good idea. I kinda prefer that a band be in a certain category and stick to their roots. If your gonna be metal be metal! If your gonna be country be country! Now you have bands that sound like they are trying to bring every type of music there is into one category.

"Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you--unless indeed you fail the test?"

Have you taken the 'test'? Do you know if you truly have faith? The Bible teaches us that the heart is deceitful, so you can't trust your heart and say "I know I'm going to heaven because I believe with all my heart that Jesus died for my sins and God raised him from the dead". That's why it's so crucial to take 'the test'. Judgment day isn't exactly the best time to figure out whether or not you truly have faith.

Did you know that Jesus spoke more about hell than heaven?
Isn't heaven a wonderful, peaceful place?
However, the Lord spoke about hell more than heaven because He is concerned about those who have not yet repented. He does not want anyone to go to hell but God's love DOES NOT mean that He will not chastise.

The parable of the rich man and Lazarus is the only parable in the four gospels where Jesus actually used names. Ever wonder why? I think this story was MORE THAN a parable.
In this parable we learn that there is a BIG GAP between hell and heaven so that those in heaven cannot cross over to the hell side and vice-versa. I do NOT need a building to fall on me. The Bible talks about torture, eternal torture for those who die in their sins (unrepented). Jesus spoke more about hell than heaven to WARN us that eternal life with or without God is REAL. So, why not choose to be on God's side?

What are your thoughts?

A few days ago I got a call from a bank asking me if I wanted a new credit card. I told them very clearly that I didn't want to do anything that day, but if they wanted to send me some information I'd happily look over it.
They went ahead and opened an account in my name and sent me the card. I can, of course, cancel the card but the opening/closing will still have a negative effect on my credit report.
They haven't stolen from me, no one is using my card, but they still did something without my authorization that will have a negative effect on my credit. I figure if they've committed a crime that I can name I can make a lot more progress with customer service. Is this credit card fraud? Is this illegal? If so, what exactly is the crime? What can I do with the company, and what can I do if they're not helpful?

Alright, there's this girl that I've known for a while..became closer this year, starting talking a bit more, etc. go to the same church, and talk every week in SS/ before the sermon. even though shes known everyone else at her church forever (I just started there earlier this year), any time the teacher/ someone says something funny, she'll look right at me and laugh, and we look at each other a lot. Mostly when she looks at me, she smiles, and she picks on me a good bit. Also, when i pick on her/ playfully push her shoulder, touch her/tease her, etc, she doesnt seem to care, and doesnt complain at all. Thing is, when shes with her family (her mom is REALLY overprotective, and her dad is semi overprotective as well), shes afraid to talk to me and waits for me to initiate conversation..not just around her mom and dad, but around her little brothers/ sisters. It's a tightness/heaviness in my chest, but I don't think it's got anything to do with my lungs. I feel like I have to remind myself to breathe, otherwise I just don't, and I get light-headed, and it takes a great effort to take another breath. My doctor says it's stress, but that isn't exactly saying "take this and it will go away." Is it really stress?
