Do you consider history, archaeology, art, patrology, liturgical tradition, etymology, paleography, or early Christian writings?

For example, would the writings of the Fathers of the Church help us understand the Gospel as preached to early Christians?

OMG im so glad he won and the song he sung was brilliant! And when he sung again when all the contestants came out it was so cool. Who thought Rydian should have won?? He has a good voice and I think he will become a singer without winning. Leon Rocks!!

I live in a HDB flat somewhere in the west. Every night, there is a noise, something that sounds like a beep. It occurs at the rate of about 4 times per second. You can only hear it when there is relative silence (i.e. at night). It is very annoying. Some of the neighbours and myself have been losing sleep for years due to this. We cannot report the noise to the police as it subtle and is almost impossible to pinpoint it's location.
It occurs from about 10 pm to 7 am. So it occurs throughout the night.

Many nights, I don't sleep at all. Please help me guess the source of the noise. Or what I can do so that I can sleep at night. Your help is very very much appreciated. Thank you.

With my 7 monthy old daughter, I've been so preoccupied with her and not thinking about Christmas presents. Now there are 8 days left. And i have my mom, my sisters, my "stepdad" my husband, and some more stuff for my daughter. Any ideas on cheap gifts.. any craft ideas?? Plz help!!!

I had a rather bizarre dream last night,that I gave birth to a baby,and I was feeding it water in a bottle,when suddenly I remembered I should breast feed,i guess in the dream I totally forgot I had breasts and had been feeding my baby wrong for a couple months.When I unbuttoned my shirt to fish out my breast,my nipples were inverted and hard to find,then I finally grabbed one and tried to squeeze some milk out but it was difficult,the milk became solid,like a white discharge and came out in ropes,i struggled with that and the baby couldn't suckle it,my left breast was completely no go so I tried my right,it was solid for a while but I kept trying and soon got it to go liquid a little,the baby could suckle but my milk supply was very low. What does this dream mean?I have not ever been pregnant.And I am not pregnant now.Yes I am a female age 27.and going through some life difficulties...Does it have something to do with the fact I wasn't breast fed?

I've always looked like her, which is fine, my mother has always been very pretty. But,,,,,the mannerisms, I sit like her, I hold my hands the same way, I'll catch sight of myself with her exact exprewssion on my face. Little habits she has that I catch myself having. What's strange is that I was never around her much after I turned about 12 or so. Didn't see her at all during the 30s & 40s.

Purchasing a carport large enough for my 30 ft. camper is out of the question right now.

My 2 week old daughter wants to be on the breast all day. When she is awake all she wants to do is suckle and as soon as i take her off she starts to cry. She spends hours on my breast and she wont take a pacifier. Is this normal and how can I get her to stop? I feel like I have no life, I spend my entire day letting my baby suckle and I cant go anywhere. Please help!

I've looked at the most common answers:
1) Common sense. But what is that and where does it come from? Is the source worthy of being obeyed?
2) Education. I must have been absent that day. Is that under mathematics or literature?
3) Instilled by parents. Where did the parents get it and how did they instill it? If they're the paragons, do you still place yourself under their authority?
4) From evolution. Christians hear complaints about moral teachings from thousands of years ago; Evolution is a mindless process from millions of years ago; why is it worthy of obedience?
5) It's a social thing. Okay, but how is that different from social customs and tradition? Should we not put society norms to the test of reason?
6) Conscience. See common sense.

like for instance, how come if a person goes over contract they face high charges for per minute extras. Also has anybody seen Verizon charging 1.99 a megabyte per download. Whats up with that. How much does it cost these companies?
