Always consider a toothpaste that are not made from China before you regret the result it would bring. In my case, I only trust the brand that had satisfied me with the real essence of a toothpaste. It's the very effective teeth whitening kit from http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/. It really works best for me and my family. It's really one of a kind. Try also and see amazing white results at minimum time. It is also safe to use so no hassles.

Hi
This question is so vague as much as the thousand many brands of toothpaste. you should have told us whether you have a particular problem with your teeth or with your gums etc. The recommendations are that you brush your teeth after each meal ,but at least two times and the last one before retiring to bed.
if you have sensitive teeth then Sensodyne toothpaste is suggested for such problem. However as you have not indicated the problem that may be affecting your mouth then a toothpaste which is not too abrasive with a good brush , medium bristles should do the job for a good clean out.

BIOTENE. It's a little more expensive -- about $8 a tube -- but it is well worth it. Most toothpastes contain a harsh detergent known as Sodium Laurel Sulfate (the stuff that makes it foamy, also found in most shampoos!) which causes mouth ulcers and canker sores. Biotene does not contain Sodium Laurel Sulfate. It is low foaming and it replaces salivary enzymes which are necessary for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. It also fights the causes and effects of bad breath. And the best part of all, if you are prone to canker sores like I am, you will never have a canker sore again using Biotene. It's great!

Aquafresh has this new toothpaste out it's in a orange and aqua blue box. It's the BEST. Leaves your teeth like you got them cleaned at the dentist!! Good luck :o)

In a health magazine, I read that most dentints recommend Colgate Total. That's been about five years ago, so there might be something else they recommend. But, I like it and it's my choice.
