Purchasing a carport large enough for my 30 ft. camper is out of the question right now.

I need some very creative minds to give me ideas for cheap and sturdy (but not ugly) shade, especially over the roof. I know, this is a tough one, but thanks to anyone who can come up with a good solution.

Ten points to the best idea of course!

If you go to the garden section of the home improvement center, they sell an inexpensive shade fabric on rolls. We use it a lot out here in the blazing SoCal sun on patio covers and anchor it down with staples. It is durable enough to stay put in our 100 mph santa ana winds and it comes in a multitude of colors which can become inconspicious while blocking the sun. If you have some structure to attach it to on one side you can build an inexpenisive frame on the other to attach it to with gromets or staples.

yep sunlight causes dry rot covering the tires prevents this the weight of the tires sitting in one spot can cause a dead spot in the tire so moving the rvl from time to time will prevent this (while also moving the fluids around in the drivetraine to prevent caking/sludge) you can use things like tire shine/protect ant otherwise goodluck
