I've been in a relationship with the father of my children for a few yrs. we waited to get married because we wanted to make sure we were both mature enough to handle it (i'm 19 and he is 20- and that was my suggestion not his.) we have had a rough patch this summer, but i never pictured myself with anyone else....he said he didnt either. we were working things out and i was planning to move back with him after this baby was born (im due February 3, and i'm staying with my mother about an hour and a half away from him.) We had made all these plans and today he told me (i had to MAKE him say it cause he was too chicken) ...he told me that he didnt want to be with me, but he didnt want me to push him away. It came out of nowhere....we had all these plans....and we have kids!....how do i deal with this? what do i do now? I put everything on hold and now i'm not going to have any help! (my daughter is 14 months old and im 33 weeks with this one) how do i get over this pain? it hurts so bad

I am 5'3'' 118 pound. I am very higher active. I eat a lot of food. I used to eat as much as my love who is a college football player (6'3'' 225 pounds lol :)

Anyway, the problem is I always gain some weight (5-10 pounds) during the winter holidays. Then, I have to work hard to lose those weight during the spring and summer.

Please advice. How to manage my weight and my eating habbit during the winter holidays? Thank you so much.

He will go biserk if he has to go 8 hours without a
cigarette.I know all US air carriers are no smoking.
Does British Airways allow smoking on their flights
from JFK-LHR? or any other airline? Knowing him
he will tear out a panel in the lavatory to make a cubby hole to stay away from the smoke dectector.
Bottom line is he will not go if he can't smoke.

One of my colleagues has hated me for a number of years and been trying to give me a hard time. A couple weeks ago, he told our supervisor that I own a handgun and am a member of the NRA (NEITHER OF WHICH IS TRUE). I was chatting with my supervisor once after that, and he casually asked me about my opinions on guns and gang members and stuff. I didn't tell him much. I do have some black friends, but as far as I know they are not gang members. Anyway, I was soon fired for "poor performance". It is obvious that he fired me because he doesn't want any problems with guns or gang members, but I am not connected to either.

Keep in mind that this is Los Angeles, which does not have a gun culture. In this part of town it's safe to assume that anyone who has a gun is either a cop or a drug dealer.

So I have 2 questions:

1. Can I sue the company for wrongful termination?

2. Can I sue the other worker that told my supervisor this lie about me?

I'm a very strong christian and I get really annoyed when people say Happy Holidays because Merry Christmas is politically uncorrect. I want so bad to scream Merry Christmas back at them but I know that's not the right thing to do. What shoud I do?

my computure just suddenly turned off when i went on this website so when it turned back on i scaned for virus' and spyware and found a trojan downloader in the spyware scan but nothin in the anti virus ( i ran both of them at the same time.) i was wondering if a trojan downloader installs the trojan right away because i'm not sure if i have 1 or not. is it a good idea to run a virus scan and spyware scan at the same time or do they interfere with one another?
