Watch for other signs as well...is she giving you a certain "look" when she touches you or is it offhanded, like it's just a natural reaction for her. Try to pay more attention and you'll be able to figure out on your own what her intentions are.

that depends... does she tend to look flushed when she's talking to you? Or giggle/laugh a lot? or look otherwise a tad flustered? Could mean she likes you, could just mean she feels comfortable with you. Look at her eyes next time she does it, what she feels will be there.

well, some people are touchy/feely people and some aren't. Does she touch others as well. If not, then she may really like you.
