well, since you posted in the SF board, it is located 430 miles south of san francisco.
more specifically, it is south of Los Angeles on the way to san Diego. It is a beach community of Orange County.

Laguna Beach is located between Los Angeles and San Diego. It's very close to Dana Point, and Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base.

On Pacific Coast Highway, Just South of Newport Beach . One of my favorite walking/ jogging spots. Lots of millionaires there.
