I don't know whether to think of you as a therapist, a teacher, or a student.
1) Self esteem is knowing that I can do anything I ever learned to be possible, in relation to me and my surroundings.
2) I am not satisfied with what I am, because I know that I can be better. I have been better. I have no respect for people. Im a fake and a flake. I can't trick people unless I trick myself first. There was a time when I didn't believe in change. I only believed that people grow in experience. Now, I think I am affraid to grow with experience, because my mind has been dulled.
What I have right now does not make me happy. I recently moved into a new apartment all by myself. It does not make me happy. When I get paid on friday, I am not happy. When I win in pool I am not happy like I used to be. When I recently smoked herb, I have not been happy for reasons I don't know. When I smoke cigarettes, I am not happy. When I drink, I am not happy. I imagine that the world would have to change to make me happy. I don't see people for the good things they do. Furthermore, I assume that the good things that people do are the opposite of the negative things that I notice in them. I don't have much love anymore, and I don't have much money. I am not as happy as I used to be when I even gamble. I wonder what (if anything) is wrong with me.
3) Love makes me happy and fulfilled.
4) Yes, I have achieved my self-esteem.
Sincerely,
Brent F

my self esteem to me is my knowledge. I'm pretty smart in school and getting good grades. i am satisfied with what i am; a proud African American. i am also satisfied with what i have right now, but come on, everyone wants more in life sometime in their life. i am surrounded with family and friends and that's what keeps me happy and fulfilled. i have partly achieved my self- esteem cause there's always more to learn in life.
