I am in cuny college and my GPA is not that good. I want to transfer to different college to get bachelor degree. If i will be accepted to the bachelor degree to cuny or other college, do I will start my GPA from zero or continue my old (bad) GPA?

I've been a whooping 5 days on atkins and I feel sick to my stomach I cannot fathom another piece of meat or eggs again. Are there any low carb diets out there that doesnt use as much meat and eggs and butter and oil?? ARGH sick I'm gonna barf just thinking about it.

Anyway. So, I have to lose 180 pounds to be at my goal weight, I know, it's alot.

I exercise but that is not the problem, i am going back to work in february (on mat leave) christmas is in a couple weeks and I am thinking going on a diet after the holidays.


I have found it impossible to cut out nuts even for 2 weeks on Atkins, any suggestions as to which diet I should read about?
Low carb, veggies, but not with so much fat??

I am reading about the south beach diet but it seems complicated with portions, and one day you can have eggs and not the other.

What do you suggest?

i didnt do anything wrong.
and i wasnt intending of being a suck up.

i made her cookies (her favorite) and a glass of milk with a card saying " just wanted you to know how much i love you" on it. shes been kinda in a sad mood so i thought it would bring her mood up.

she said thankyou when she saw it. she never touched the cookies or the milk.

i dont know, but is it wrong to maybe expect her to be more greatful.

dont get me wrong, thats not why i did it. but it seems that most other parents would b so happy that their teenage daughter would take the time to bak e them cookies and make a card...or am i wrong

why are christians so critical of other denominations in christianity? i always here so much bashing of christians by other christians from different denominations. the ones i see picked on the most are catholics, jehova's witnesses, and mormons. are other religions as judgmental of other members within their faith as christianity?

I had a dream quite sometime ago (about 3 yrs.), but still haunts me. It was were someone was howling in pain against a wooden wall (I'm guessing it was in a cabin), blood was splattered all over the walls. The person was huddled up against the wall, he had been shot. I am a bachelor, my petition is approved and
I am going for H1B stamping in Jan 2008 next month.

After that, I will marry in India only in Feb 2008 and
would like to take my spouse to US on dependent visa.

I cannot marry in Jan as the marriage date is fixed in Feb.

Will this be any issue to marry after H1B stamping and
immediately taking my spouse for stamping?

Will it be any issue if both of us go for stamping one week after marriage.

My roommate and I had an agreement that if one of us broke the lease we would find someone to replace ourself(verbal agreement). She notified me that she would be breaking the lease (up in June) and she hasn't made any attempt to replace herself before her move out date (Feb 1st). Is there anything I can do legally? can I tell her she has to pay the remainder of the lease out if she doesn't replace herself? I have been looking for a roommate as well and it is difficult, as it was to find her. Two heads are better than one and she wont cooperate. If anything, I want to punish her for being such a crappy roommate. Are there any loopholes? Can I fudge the truth and make her pay? She is getting off too easy and I have to do all the footwork all over again. The only thing that I can think of is that she wont get her security deposit back. I think she may be aware of that already. Is there anything sneaky I can do :}. Help!! Any lawyers out there? help!

I also got some B's and an A.
I plan on applying to pharmacy school one day, will this look bad on my transcript? Should I take the classes over again?, because at my school we have something called forgive and forget, where we can retake the class again, and the better grade will be calculated in our gpa.
