I would like to ask what marginal tax really is and what the effects would be if marginal tax was implemented in the tourism industry. Examples are preferred. Thanks a lot!

Do you recycle your old/used christmas cards? I always recycle mine and transform it into christmas postcards. What I would do is to tear the front of the used card (the one with the picture on it and where the backside is usually blank) and I would trim the edges, if needed. And I go on the backside and draw a divided line. On the right side, I would put the return and recipients' addresses and on the left side I would write a christmas greeting. Then put the postage stamp and pop it in the mail Viola! That's it!
Usually most of the christmas fronts that are transformed into postcards, you have to pay the regular first class letter mail rate (the rate does not fluctuate no matter how large or how heavy it is, it is a fixed rate) but you may get lucky and if the card is small enough, you may end up just paying the postcard rate. But at least this way you don't have to spend your time making new envelopes (and licking them) and you save more trees!

I had a terrible accident with a semi-truck in 1995 on a bridge. I did not get hurt, however, 6 years later I started to freak out when I drove on the freeway. Eventually it led to anxiety and panic attacks. Now, almost 7 years later I am still not driving on the freeway. I have tried and tried but just can't.

A few days ago I got my Rodeo badly stuck in mud and it needed a tractor to pull it out. Upon being pulled out by the tractor, the Rodeo has developed a horrible steering shimmy. From what I noticed, the shimmy becomes worse with speed and the steering feels unusual. When I jacked up the front right tire to see what was going on I found that I had both horizontal and vertical play. There was about 1 inch of steering play and about .25 inch toe play. Also, I had shimmy problems long before the tractor pulled my Rodeo out. The shimmy would come and go, and sometimes it got very bad where my steering wheel shaked. I have about 256,000 miles on that Rodeo by they way.

i cant take it anymore, WHY WHY WHY i know i've gone on about this before but i need to know, why should i believe in god?? i do...well i think im so confused, if he exsists why is he so confusing? why do people kill gay people, peopel of a differnet race, transgendered people W/E why??? when i was on a field trip at the museum of tolerance we learned about that guy matthew shepard who was killed becuz he was gay and i felt like crying, it isnt fair, and all of those people in the halaucost why???? i mean why do people kill people to show people that killing people is wrong? does that make sense? NO its so unfair, u cant kill someone becuz of the way they are! what did black, hispanic,asian,white people do to u? what did gay,lesbian,bi,transgendered pple do to u?
and im sick of "u die becuz ur path led u there god didnt do this".really? well gay people cant control it no one can control how they're born so therefore no one CHOSE this path

I've been separated since last year and now living with my girlfriend, we are not married, because im not divorce yet. Will I get in some kind of trouble with the marital laws for having a girlfriend? Does my wife has any type of case against me? Am I going to jail? please help me. Thanks.

ok. im thirteen, i've always been bright, getting As with the occasional B. however, my math teacher gives reallly hard quizzes and tests. i have a D in math, and because of this, i have an In danger of Failing on my progress report. i've already explained the D to my parents, but the IF has made them do the following:

-take away my cell phone
-ground me from all activities(even charity work) for the rest of the semester

im really upset, because i'm not sure this is a fair punishment. i explained the grade, and they knew that the progress report was coming with the grade. if they had done this originally, i would have been fine, but they way they sprung it on me is pretty harsh.
what do you think?

So i want to tell my AP Psychology teacher that I'm gay. She's a person that I can trust and will be supportive. She's very open-minded, which is good. In Ohio, what is the teacher confidentiality codes? Will she be required to tell my parents/guidance counselor/principal, etc? Thanks!

I think Nurses should get paid most (most have a degree), police second (most don't have a degree, and it's not really as dangerous as they like to claim).

Teachers least because they are just bouncers nowadays.

I like to watch the movie with my Grand children and even though I've seen it about 15 or more times, still enjoy it. I guess because it makes the kids smile and I believe in Santa too.
I really detest when parents tell their children at age 6; there is no Santa and they do it because of their rotten childhood. Well I had a rotten childhood but I believe in Santa anyway. It's a part of childhood that shouldn't be stolen away from children.

I have read a lot recently on this site how God made us as sexual beings only to procreate. I no longer have a uterus due to illness. Does that mean I can or should no longer have sex?

I tend to believe that sharing pleasure is better then hate. I think if we spent more time being less judgemental we could be happier as a community. In my mind I think more people need to have more sex. Maybe that way we wouldn't go around on our high horses.

My best friend passed away 3 years ago, and for her birthday following the accident, I had a star named for her and sent the certificate to her parents. On her birthday this year, a couple of weeks ago, I got a letter from the International Star Registry advertising a new catalog that is coming out "Your Place in the Cosmos" which will be kept in the Library of Congress. It has her name in bold letters, saying it will be included if I pay. Now, I know this is a complete business, and I am not going to buy the catalog. However, I do find it weird that it arrived on the exact day of her birthday.

It seems as if the letter was mailed because this catalog is new, and they just wanted to inform me about it, and I don't think they sent it because it was her birthday.

What do you think? Do you think they mailed it on purpose on her birthday, or do you think it was a complete coincidence? I am slightly spiritual, so if it is a coincidence, I would think more of it.

my right hand and wrist keeps hurting a lot lately but i didnt do anything to it and now i have viens kinda sticking up in the shape of what looks like a bite mark but i wasnt bit and on my wrist my vien is popping out like a huge bump right in the middle but they are not blue it kinda looks like scars alittle if you didnt know please help what do you think is wrong im 16 and a girl if that has anything that can help out with it
