my right hand and wrist keeps hurting a lot lately but i didnt do anything to it and now i have viens kinda sticking up in the shape of what looks like a bite mark but i wasnt bit and on my wrist my vien is popping out like a huge bump right in the middle but they are not blue it kinda looks like scars alittle if you didnt know please help what do you think is wrong im 16 and a girl if that has anything that can help out with it

Could it be that u were bite by some bug, spider or something, this can happen as we sleep. Any othr symptoms?

You should see a good neurologist that deals in hands. He can put you to sleep and send an needle with a camera in these areas and actually take pictures, see what's going on, probably wear.
If you agree, he can fix these area while in there. It's called a Arthroscopic test.
