I understand that Retirees of the Military earned the benefit of life long Aafes access and agree it is the least the country can do for them, but why is a combat veteran who went to war for this country not worthy of that same simple benefit?
What would be the cost? Wouldnt Aafes profit? Wouldnt it be a rather simple benefit to provide? Couldnt Aaafes at least allow online shopping only without the need for those vets to access military bases in person?
This is a TINY thing to provide comparitively to what vets have done for Aaafes. When I was in Iraq I had to pay crazy prices at Aafes. Aafes made a huge profit off sodiers.
How many retirees will respond saying we are not worthy?

I bought a new 2007 Honda Civic about 3 weeks ago. After having it only a week the horn started to go off at odd times and it would stay on until I hit it to make it stop. I live 70 miles from the dealer. I have had it in there 2 times, they havent fixed it. They pretty much have called me a liar because they wont keep it for more than an hour and it happens so randomly. They say they dont have to give me a loaner but that I can rent a car from Enterprise. NOW I am dealing with Honda corporate, but I am having a hard time getting them to return my calls. I originally just wanted it fixed. Now it is getting worse and other things are acting strange. When the horn goes off my cruise control doesnt work. The excitement of having a new car is long gone. I hate the car now. I want to take it back because it has been such a hassel. What can I do legally to make them take care of this, and can I take it back if they keep putting me off?

how do i get to see one off my own back what has happened is they have all confided and will not help me in my dilemma at all but i refuse to go out of the house unlesss necesary due to the extent of my facial deformity they are sayong that if ii have any surgerey on my face it would be more damaging for me ..... any suggestions please serious only .................or any suggestions on how to cover up my face i have even been in touch with my local burns unit for a prosetic masck to cover up . i myself am at a loss .... thanks for any kind replies only

Am I wrong for getting upset that the house is never clean? She is wonderful with the kids, dinner is almost always ready when I get home but the house is almost always dirty. the earth rotates at a speed of about roughly 1000 miles per hour in the equator, thats close to 444 meters per second. Now if I stand in the equator and throw a baseball vertically up in the air, why doesnt' it land on the earth 444 meters away from me(after a second). Because all this time, only i was in contact with the earth, so only i should move, the ball in the air shouldn't move. Ok, granted, lets take air currents etc into consideration, but still i'm moving away from the ball at 444 meters per second, even if we take the currents into consideration, the ball should atleast fall a 100 meters away from me. Why doesnt' this happen? and finally Why can't we just levitate in air, and use earth's rotation to travel?
