I'm trying to get a range of hourly pricing for what companies charge clients for their services creating ArcGIS maps and associated ArcGIS-related services. Anyone have any idea?

Guess this depends entirely on where the employees are and what type of service you are looking for. As I understand my companies billing for my time, I would say in the $200/hr range (in MD). When I first started my career though and lived in rural PA, the company was billing me around $80/hr. You could also look at out sourcing to other areas and saving even more money. For example, India has numerous ESRI shops that can do data conversion, map layout, and application development at a fraction of the US cost.
