I am in the middle of rehearsing a drama called "The "i'm in the middle of learning off my lines but my problem is my bad public speaking. i need help with this pronto.

Practice! It always helps. After delivering many speeches, you will get better. Note cards, standing in front of a mirror, etc are great tools. Be sure that you know your subject matter! Speak slowly, enunciate, and try not to fidget.
Also, act confidently. It sounds lame, but if you dress nicely, you feel better about yourself. Your confidence shows when you speak!
Don't forget to smile, either.
