For the past 3 weeks i have bouts of dizzyness they last for a few seconds and go away, but it happens several times a day. Not from standing to fast or anything like that, I could be watching t.v. and i will have a dizzy spell. Also I am having alot of nausea normally after eating, doesn't matter what I eat it happens. I have recently had my IUD taken out (about 2 weeks ago) so I don't think that has anything to do with it. So any ideas would be great.

I'm traveling. My wifi detector finds plenty of hotspots, but they all show a lock - meaning I have to have a WEP key to get in.

How do I establish an internet connection if I don't know who's running the hotspot or how to get the WEP key necessary to get on their hotspot?

my motherboard and cpu is a EcS NForce6M-a with a AMD X2 dual core 6000+. how do i overclock it? i think its having trouble reading my memory. i bought 2 sticks of 2gigs of memory and it only read 3.5 gigs total, but should be 4 total gigs? when i do a memory test the computer just shuts down and the power goes off mid way of the test. is overclocking a good idea ?

I'm a co ordinator & he's my shift manager. He is not running the shift effectively but as the co ordinator it's my responsibility to pick up the pieces. When I try to make decisions, he overrides them (not all the time). When I ask someone to do something & they don't feel like doing it, they go to him with a lame excuse & he overturns my requests, which makes me look a real mug. Basically, he's a nice guy but he's too nice, spineless even. He is more interested in making people like him than making the team work properly. He isn't there to make friends when all's said & done. I have told him I want to speak to him on Monday. What should I say?
