You have to look at all the major wide outs for the Gators during the 90's you have:
Jack Jackson
Willie Jackson
Ernie Mills
Chris Doering
Reidel Anthony
Ike Hillard
Jacque Green
Travis McGriff
Darrell Jackson
Travis Taylor

Reche Caldwell, Jabbar Gaffney, and Taylor Jacobs were part of the 1999 team, but were not starters until 2000/2001

If you were to select out of that group. Willie Jackson and Jack Jackson were your most consistant when it came to big plays. Chris Doering, Reidal Anthony, and Darrell Jackson were most consistant when you needed a catch.

I would say that the one who was probably the closest to a complete college player was Willie Jackson... most people don't remember him because it was really before the great years in the middle of the 90s to late 90s. But he and Jack Jackson laid down the foundation for what happened later.

I'd probably choose Ike Hilliard. I was never a Gators fan, but I've enjoyed watching guys like Ike, Reidel Anthony, Taylor, Gaffney, etc.
