At what point would you stand up and do something about it? When the top 1% controls 90% of the wealth and you make 3 dollars an hour? The income inequality has been growing for decades. How bad does it have to get and what will you do?

Every year we buy half a beef, this year we used a different processor then usual and they packaged 5 or 6 lbs of seasoned ground beef in a bag for making burgers. Note: our order was frozen at the processor. I have always been told you cannot refreeze meat. So what can I do with this beef? If I make burgers can they be refrozen? Or should I just plan a big BB-Q and get rid of them all at once? Maybe a large pot of chilli :)

Thanks in advance.

Here in the US I'm used to seeing fat guys with fat girlfriends/wives so I always assumed that there was a mutual attraction among the obese.

However, on a recent trip to Thailand I noticed fat Americans with slim, shapely, young Thai girls and that made me wonder. Are overweight people attracted to other overweight people or are they only together because they have no other choice?

death

Everybody dies
Theres no reason to be scared
It's happened for years

It's how you live life
Take a look in the mirror
And what do you see

Not about your cash
No use for it when you're dead
Just think about it

We are all equal
Death does not discriminate
No one gets a pass

All that matters then
Is how you handled your life
Thats the only thing

Just accept your fate
Because when your dead and gone
We are all just dust

I am supposed to write a program that asks the user for a file name. The program should read the contents of the file and display the following data:
the lowest number, the highest, the total of the numbers, and the average of the numbers.
My program will compile but it never reads the numbers from the file. It just gives me random numbers. My teacher wants us to use functions for everything, but I don't get what to do in the function readNumbers. My teacher completely left us on our own to do this. He just walked out of class so can anyone please help me with this?

My question is why is it that the government is going after Bonds and other baseball players for using steroids and not body builders? I mean it's illegal for people in the US to use steroids right? I can almost guarantee every professional body builder uses steroids. If it is illegal for Bonds and other baseball players to use steroids it is also illegal for body builders.

A new analysis by WorldPublicOpinion.org of 11 recent international polls conducted around the world shows widespread and growing concern about climate change. Large majorities believe that human activity causes climate change and favor policies designed to reduce emissions.

In most countries, majorities see an urgent need for significant action. For example, a recent poll for the BBC by GlobeScan and the Program for International Policy Attitudes (PIPA) found that majorities in 15 out of 21 countries felt that it was necessary to take “major steps, starting very soon” to address climate change. In the other six countries polled, opinion was divided over whether “major” or “modest steps” were needed. Only small minorities thought no steps were necessary.

Do you agree that we need to increase our efforts, or are you in the small minority that feel no steps are necessary, and why?
