For the past 3 weeks i have bouts of dizzyness they last for a few seconds and go away, but it happens several times a day. Not from standing to fast or anything like that, I could be watching t.v. and i will have a dizzy spell. Also I am having alot of nausea normally after eating, doesn't matter what I eat it happens. I have recently had my IUD taken out (about 2 weeks ago) so I don't think that has anything to do with it. So any ideas would be great.

Have you been sick lately or had a cold? It could be inner ear problems (vertigo) but it also could be an ovarian cysts. I would make an apt. with your doc. & have a check-up done. A test you could do yourself is, put your head in different position & see if, you get dizzy. This would let you know, if your having vertigo...it's also called Benign Positional Vertigo... because the fluid in the inner ear is shifting.
In any event get checked out, it doesn't explain the nausea after eating..

Perhaps you are preggo my dear! Better tell your doctor and have a blood test done for pregnancy - sounds like me when I was in my first trimester!
