She has family problems. She'll never get along with her father. She can't be herself around him. She has no friends. She's been alone until she fell in love with a very unlikely man, and their relationship is even love/hate. She focuses more on the love part, though, and forgives him no matter what he does. I have a windows XP, Home Edition,Version 2002,Service pack 2, Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 2.99GHz, 504MB of RAM. And I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0. I have 38minutes and 12 secs of footage,after I edit my footage it is good, but when I export it to a dvd it looks echoey a slight blur, while my charactors are running, it is really anoying, and it hurts the eyes. what can I do to fix it. PLS help!

I always wonder what my 6 yr old Granddaughter till say when she is 21 and talks about the "good old days" with her friends.

My husband and I rent a home from a property management company. Lately our HOA has sent them complaints about dead grass in our front lawn. Apparently there have been 3 letters and now a final notice of compliance. The thing is they just told us about it and that we are responsible to replace the lawn and to pay the fines even though we didnt know. We also don't feel like the lawn is our responsibility because it has been dead in a few patches for the last 2 years we have lived there. My question is who's responsible for replacing the lawn us or them?

I currently live in a 1bed/ 1bath in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, paying $990 monthly. The lease is up at the end of the year, so we are looking for something bigger and our cost here will go up approx. $50 dollars monthly. My co-worker's brother has a home in Hesperia, CA (much more affordable area) that he is interested in renting to us for what we are paying now. The home is a 3bed/ 2 bath, but he needs to keep his business tools and other stuff in the garage and one bedroom. The home is very nice, and he is willing to include all the appliances. Were I am concerned is, I can easily find a home with all the rooms included for about the same cost, or $100-200 more a month. I'm trying to weigh out my options; I've asked him if he could drop the rental price a bit more, but he said he's not sure and will get back to me; I think he pays about $1200 for his monthly mortgage. I would normally jump on the offer because it's what we are currently paying, but it's 40 miles from work.
