Don't wait, go to the doctor right away as you could be going into early labour! Here is some advice from babycenter.com
"If there's a lot of thin, clear discharge, it can be hard for you tell if it's just mucus or if you're leaking amniotic fluid. If you have any doubt, contact your midwife or doctor.
Call your practitioner right away if you're not yet at 37 weeks and you notice an increase in discharge or a change in the type of discharge (if it becomes watery, mucus-like, or bloody — even if it's just tinged with pink or brownish old blood). This can be a sign of preterm labor."

If you think it may be fluid you should be seen by your doctor or at the ER as soon as possible. The have a test strip of paper to determine if it is amniotic fluid or simply discharge. If you're leaking fluid it needs to be caught quickly so they can make an attempt to reseal the sack. If you go in don't let them send you away with out checking. My friend went in several times at 29 weeks and each time they told her she was wetting herself and sent her home, sure enough she was delivering an 11 week premature baby a few days later. Thankfully everything worked out alright in her case, but sometimes it doesn't. If you're worried please be seen, you Pay the doctor to Work for you, not to accommodate your needs at his convenience.

I would call your doctor just to be sure. Sometimes the pressures of pregnancy can cause urine leakage but it's best to play it safe. There's a simple ph test used to determine whether or not your fluid is leaking. They place a piece of litmus (?) paper inside the opening and are able to tell if amniotic fluid is leaking by the color changes.

this is the best way to know if its amniotic fluid, and by the way its never too early! if you leak more when you are not standing and its clear and is a non stop flow, then yes you are leaking amniotic fluid, and you could wait because every three hours (i think it is) yourbaby will make more, but i dont recommend it, i would go to LDR to be watched, and they have a special way of testing it also, its like a pap!

Not to try and worry u but yes its possible. Get to ur a&e straight away. A baby can survive on little or no amniotic fluid in the womb but its best for there to be some there.its essential for lung development amongst other things. Dont delay...I know what can happen.....................
Good luck X

i had the same thing at 17 weeks, my daughter managed to stay inside until 32 weeks with no fluid it caused her not to grow, she was born weighing 2lb, the sooner you get scanned the better cos if u are leaking you will need steroids to stop u and ur baby getting any infections.
good luck, hope all is ok

Contact your doctor/hospital IMMEDIATELY. My waters broker at 23 weeks and my daughter managed to hang on for a further week before being born at 1lb 7oz. Thankfully she made it and is 2 years old now but the same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with my son only I was 28 weeks when my water broke and was 3lb 7oz when he was born and is now 1 year old.

i would go see a doctor ASAP call your midwife or go to the emergency doctor because you could be in preterm labour which can be stooped if found early enough. dont panic though as sometimes your waters can break for other reasons and it will replace itself but definately get checked as soon as posible
