My husband has 2 kids from a previous marriage. He would like to gain sole custody, but still let their mom see them from time to time, but no over night stays. Reasons: #1 Her last live in boyfriend was a registered sex offender. #2 She smokes marijuana and cigarettes heavily in the house with the kids #3 Received a call from son's teacher yesterday, saying that he is going to be held back in 3rd for the 2nd time if he doesn't start turning in homework. When my husband asked mom about it she said that she's doing all that she can. #4 Mom allows kids to roam unsupervised AFTER DARK through the apartment complex,which is located in a very bad area. My husband called the other day to talk to the kids at 6:30 at night, which half an hour past dark. Long story short, mom was freaking out because when she walked out to the playground give daughter the phone she was gone.She was across the street at a park.She is 6yrs old. (My husband and I have both witnessed these things) Please help.

God gave us tools that we can use of look at his creation. he created logic and reason, which we used to discover math, physics and chemistry, all gifts from god.

It is my view that what we find are messages directly from god. god telling us, 'this is who you are, this is where you come from.' 'Here are all these wonderful tools that you can use to make stuff, and build on your knowledge (technology).

How can we deny all that for some book that was written by that hand of man?

Ok, so your parent fills out a sheet for if they get sick you can do euthanasia..my dad is the first person for his dad then his siblings..is it wrong for me to ask him not to put me on it when he fills out his? I'm going to tell my mom that too, beecause I know I will be the first on her list..

Brennan owns several records and seems to be unheralded when it comes to the Heisman talk. Last year when he had more TDs than Tebow currently has, it wasn't a big deal. Tebow is good for Florida and playing the position in college, but I don't believe that he has all the tools that a NFL QB would need. I would love to see him line up across from Ray Lewis and try to gain five yards. I would pick Brennan in a heartbeat as my QB. I would then pick another player to be my running back.

My boyfriend bought the Transformers HD DVD when it came out but realized he couldn't play it in his Xbox 360. Since he uses the console as his primary DVD player, I was thinking that that would make an awesome Christmas gift. I can replace all of the light bulbs in my house and a month later, I'll have to replace half of them. This is true for the cheap incandescent bulbs as well as the green/expensive flourescent bulbs. An interesting symptom: In the fixtures that have two light bulbs, only one of them will go. The other will last for a much more normal life span.

Is there an easy way to diagnose the problem with some certainty? Is there an easy way to fix the problem?
