I have always loves Queta for a girl...pronounced kay-ta like the end of Enriqueta...I don't know any boy ones that haven't been mentioned. But I like Quinn.

There is a little boy in my daughters play group his name is Quiver, really suits him and i think it's kinda cool.
I also went to school with a girl by the name of Questa.
