Been married for 16yrs, have 2 kids. One is grown and moved out. She wants to start her own business and I work nights till 10 pm. Our schedules are opposite. Recently she has been so involved with her business we have not had time to be intimate with one another. I love her still. This is from a man's perspecitive, and yes I do help out around the house to keep it going while we are in this time of change. Any advice to help get us in the bed would greatly be appreciated. Hi Everyone.
I have been taking a Cardio/Kickboxing class and tomorrow we are gonna run a 1.5 or 3 mile run. What should i eat to maximize my energy. We did this run at the beginning of the semester and I want to 'hopefully' better my time. Our workouts have been progressing in intesity since the start. But I seem to get a little tired with running, not so much with the cardio. Thanks for all your help!

I am 9 weeks pregnant and have come to the conclusion through experimenting, that my prenatal vitamins are making me sick. I have really bad morning sickness and end up vommiting everything I eat, or drink when I take them.

I know it is important to take them, but if I am throwing up food what good is that to my baby!

Any suggestions ?
