My fiance and I are in the process of buying our first home. The house that we are interested in is beautiful. The sellers are going through a divorce and therefore, are selling this immaculate home. The home is over 1300 square feet sitting on .3 acres of land. They have only lived in the house a year and bought it while undergoing foreclosure. Their asking price is 78, 000 which, in my opinion is very underpriced. This home is in a very good neighborhood, surrounded by other beautiful houses. There is also a huge utility building included with the property (I can drive my vehicle into it). The back yard is fenced in which is a plus because we have a 2 year old daughter. The home has only been on the market for 40 days. We think the price is fair, especially since the realtor is taking care of some very minor repairs herself. Should we still try to negotiate the price? If so, how much should we go down? How do I find information on how much other homes in the area has sold for?

Sir Walter Raleigh (1552(?)–1618)

EVEN such is time, that takes in trust
Our youth, our joys, our all we have,
And pays us but with earth and dust;
Who, in the dark and silent grave,
When we have wandered all our ways, 5
Shuts up the story of our days;
But from this earth, this grave, this dust,
My God shall raise me up, I trust.

My parents treat me like they are my friends and I am used to getting treated the same as adults but whenever I go to school or something I get yelled at at an adult who demands all the respect in the world. AKA my princaple and my neighbor...
- MY neighbor says I am destructing public property and that she is going to call the cops if I keep it up (I am not even doing anything!! There are other kids that do it but not me!!)
- MY princaple keeps on telling me to listen to the adults because they deserve more respect than I do or something..

IS IT OK FOR ME TO WANT TO TEAR THERE HAIR OUT!!!?? Why do adults demand so much respect!?

I keep hearing real life stories like: 17 yr old whose parents took the day off work to take her to a university open day; 15 yr old not allowed to travel from London to Devon by train to visit relatives in case she gets abducted; 18-yr-old whose daddy sorted out his car insurance as he 'didn't know how to'. For goodness sake. It seems like teens get every damn thing done for them (excuse me for sounding old!). They're so molly-coddled that they don't even have the initiative to get themselves from point A to point B on a train! Someone has to take them. When I was a teenager if I wanted to go somewhere I found out the travel details and went! I'd say to my parents 'I've got a university open day/interview/want to see relatives in Devon or whatever' and they'd say 'that's nice dear, have a lovely time'.
Will today's teenagers be able to cope in the workplace, with the lack of initiative and self-responsibility that's being bred in them?

more natural in a Muslim country? With so much in common, how come Christians and Muslims don't love each other, and together change the world to their narrow points of view.
