I've seen them on eBay, but I want to find a retailer or even a manufacturer. Do any of the big companies (like Justin or Tony Lama) make boots for adults that are all man-made materials?

I've just found out that my boss's youngest son was involved in a horrible car wreck last night, and is now on life support and clinically brain dead. He's in the military and stationed in Alaska, so she has to make the long, agonizing plane trick to grant permission to pull the plug and fly his body back to Atlanta for burial. He's only 21 years old and recently served in the Iraq war.

She's such a wonderful & caring person, and this tragic news is absolutely tearing me apart. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers today.

Do you agree it is right for this man to *ahem* cough up?

A sperm donor who helped a lesbian couple have two children is now being forced to pay thousands of pounds for their upbringing, he said.

Andy Bathie, 37, agreed to assist Sharon and Terri Arnold - who were united in a religious blessing ceremony - after they assured him he would have no involvement in raising the boy and girl.

But after the couple slit up he was tracked down by the Child Support Agency and forced to make regular maintenance payments.

Mr Bathie, a fireman from Enfield, north London, said the financial burden was preventing him from starting his own family.

...that man was unaware of his nakedness before his 'eyes were opened and he was shamed.' Is this evidence that at one time man was unaware of himself, much like the animals, and that realizing his 'self' he changed (OMG- I exist phenomenum)? What did he change into? Is he no longer an animal? Or is he still and animal and just confused, lonely, and scared? Maybe the death God infers in Genesis is self-awareness.

God came into being from zero. Now we also say that god is one? God is also called omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient ~ infinite. Thus in the divine mathematics we have to prove that zero = one= infinity. ---------
Now first we take up: one = infinity. But how can the numerical one be equal to infinity? Are they not on the opposite extreme of the number line? The integers are only notional nodes along the number line, which is otherwise a continuum. There is no such thing as fractions. Each fraction represents a point on the number line that is as legitimate as the nodal points: ½ for instance is as much a point on the number line, as, say, 1 or 7. In other words each fraction is in reality an integer.
To understand this, take a sheet of paper, it is a whole: it is 1. Tear it into two halves. Each half is ½. This is only relative. Otherwise, each half is an independent whole a one. How do you know that your original 1 sheet of paper was not one half of something?

The Electoral College Vote
It is the worst part of the Constitution, producing perverse results again and again. On four occasions there has been such a big gap between the national popular vote and the state-by-state electoral college votes that the guy with fewer real supporters in the country got to be President. It happened in 1824, 1876, 1888 and – most tragically for the world – in 2000.
The Republicans want to change this – but in only one Democrat-leaning state. California has gone Democratic in presidential elections since 1988, and winning the sunny state is essential if the Democrats are going to retake the White House. So the Republicans have now begun a plan to break up California's electoral college votes – and award a huge chunk of them to their side.
They have launched a campaign called California Counts, and they are trying to secure a state-wide referendum in June to implement their plan. They want California's electoral votes to be divvied up not on a big state-wide basis, but according to the much smaller congressional districts. The practical result? Instead of all the state's 54 electoral college votes going to the Democratic candidate, around 20 would go to the Republicans.

If this was being done in every state, everywhere, it would be an improvement. California's forgotten Republicans would be represented in the electoral college, and so would Texas's forgotten Democrats. But by doing it in California alone, they are simply giving the Republicans a massive electoral gift. Suddenly it would be extremely hard for a Democrat ever to win the White House; they would need a landslide victory everywhere else to counter this vast structural imbalance against them on the West Coast.

You can see this partisan agenda if you look at who is behind the campaign. It was set up by Charles "Chep" Hurth III – a Republican donor to Rudy Giuliani. It was drafted by Tom Hiltachk – a Republican attorney. Its signature drive was co-ordinated by Kevin Eckery – a Republican consultant. Its funds were provided by Paul Singer – a Republican billionaire and one of Rudy Giuliani's biggest donors. Its chief fundraiser is Anne Dunsmore – who went there straight from her post as national deputy campaign manager for Giuliani. Seeing a pattern yet?

Rather than rioting over silly 'disrespects' to their religion. They will riot and kill people over a Danish cartoon and a Knighting of a former Muslim (Salman Rushdie) but whenever there is an act of Islamic terrorism they are silent. Saying that you speak out over the internet doesnt count because it does nothing. Why dont you riot in the streets over radical Islam?

What would lead a host of people to seek to place a human being in prison for the rest of his or her youth because he or she supports animal fights? Our social perception seems a little bit twisted. It is twisted that someone would set up animal fights and gamble on such activities. However, it is MORE twisted that so many are willing to support the human athletic ability and sacrifice (many footballers die or end up crippled for life for the sport, pleasure and financial gain, not just for themselves but for millions of others, there are some who gain more than the athletes, yet, would lock away a footballer for the rest of his youth, possibly his life, because he supports animal fights. Animal rights are to be respected and we need not support cruelty to wild beasts (they are instinctively cruel to each other in the wild). Are we so intelligent that we would teach animals to love so much that we forget what is greater and most important to us, the dignity for human life? Curious
