you dont love a girl you just saw.. you like her.. and love takes time and effort to attain.. if you LIKE the girl, go and talk to her, start a conversation and maybe ask her out.. then your relationship begins to build to either be friends or lovers.. and show the real you! so you don't go pretending to be someone you're not just so that she would like you.
