why is it most men can read a car repair manual and get the right torque sequence for a chevy small block head but cant cook great meal by reading a cook book, and why can women read a good cookbook to make great meals but not read a repair manual to get the right torque sequence for the head of a chevy small block,, I DO BOTH,,

Mary... Why worship her and the saints. WHERE does it say in the Bible to pray to the dead? Isnt this against God? If JESUS died for the sin of man, why do you need a priest to "forgive you"... The Bible specifically mentions not repeating prayers yet catholics do. GOD does not prevent man from having a wife... like you do your priests.. GOD gave man a women for a companion. WHY does the catholic church not only disregard the teachings of Jesus and the Bible but how can they justify going AGAINST what God says....

when do you want it to end? how and why?

i think it will end in 2012 from global warming but i want it to end in 2013 so i can graduate first. also 13 is supposedly and unlucky number so it's cool if that will be when it all ends.

I know you don't know me and that you can't tell me when I'm growing, but please tell me if this is signs of a major spurt.
I am 14, haven't started period, do have boobs (for like 2 years...) right now i am 5'3".... my mom is 5'8" and my foot is 4 sizes bigger than hers (mines a 12W and hers is a 8W) ummm i have been eating nonstop... ALWAYS hungry... my dad is 6'1" and i even have a bigger foot than he does... i don't know if this matters but my mile has gotten a minute faster in 2 weeks and i haven't done anything different.... Opinions?

I have two daughters who file their own taxes, which means i do not claim them as dependents. One lives at home (age 18 full time college and part time work) and the other has been away in another state for two years (age 21full time college and full time work) My question is on the new insurance plan - it states "dependents up to age 25 covered" Is there an advantage to making them dependent? What would I need to do to get them insurance coverage?

My sister was on the computer yesterday with her friend and ever since then the computer has been doing weird stuff. By that I mean every 3 or so minutes i get a pop-up saying their is harmful stuff on the computer and malwear(sp?). Other things pop up saying that i should download virus protection things onto my computer, and that i need to clean it. The thing is I already have virus protection with norton. I have scanned and cleaned the computer but the pop ups still keep coming, even when i am not using the internet. Sometimes if i have more then one thing running at a time (like word and the internet) it changes the page i am on to the other thing. I have also had a norton scan running now for over 4 hours, and it still has not found anything. also my pop up blocker is turned on so why is there so many pop ups. has anyone ever had this...how did u fix it....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2000 Saturn LS1 and I've noticed that in the morning when I start it cold (it's about 20 degrees F here now) when I turn the key to the "on" position, but not to "start" right away, it makes sort of a groaning noise for about 2 seconds. I assume that it's just the fuel pump or something priming itself, but is it bad that it's that loud? I've heard people say it's better to do that in the winter because it lets the engine prime itself before it tries to start it. Anyone have info on this?

I always use 5w30 if that makes a difference.

I just got my infant simulator yesterday where you are required to insert a key into its back to stop its crying. My baby has cryed every 5 hours, and when i go to insert the key and turn it clockwise it gets quiet, but i have to hold the key in there 30 minutes before it will coo and signal that the care session is over.

Is this normal? Are you 'spoused to turn the key, or just insert it? Should the baby still be crying when the key is insterted?

It's just that the other students babies on cryed for two minutes, and mines almost half and hour. Any advice?
