Creationists want to reform schools on the belief that the universe was created in six days, as Moses first book says. But Moses third book also says that one shall not eat porc, hare or any bird. But eating grasshoppers is okay (they have two wings and four legs). It also says that boys must be circumcised 8 days after birth and that men must not cut their hair or shave their beard. How can Christian men take only a part of what they call a holy book? What kind of religion is that?

My husband and I have been married for 5 years and have two children of our own (2 and 8 months) and also have his who live with us (13 and 17) I married him full knowing we had custody of his children but I feel that now we've been married a few years, we missed the chance to build a relationship between just the two of us. His children are very dependent on his every need and I feel we have no alone time at all. He works long hours and I feel like a single mom. We no longer sleep together and I'm heart broken. I feel like I don't know who we are or who he is.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we could do to improve our relationship? I am 28 and he is 46.

Thanks in advance.

AN OLD MAN WAS GROCERY SHOPPING WITH HIS GRANDSON. THE TODDLER WAS CRYING AND AT TIMES SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS.

AS THE OLD GENTLEMAN WALKED UP AND DOWN THE AISLES, PEOPLE COULD HEAR HIM SPEAKING IN A SOFT VOICE...

"WE ARE ALMOST DONE, ALBERT...
TRY NOT TO CRY, ALBERT...
LIFE WILL GET BETTER, ALBERT..."

AS HE APPROACHED THE CHECKOUT STAND, HE CAREFULLY BRUSHED THE TODDLER'S
TEARS FROM HIS EYES AND SAID AGAIN,

"TRY NOT TO CRY, ALBERT...
WE WILL BE HOME SOON, ALBERT..."

AS HE WAS PAYING THE CASHIER, THE TODDLER CONTINUED TO CRY AS A YOUNG WOMAN IN LINE BEHIND HIM SAID, "SIR, I THINK IT IS WONDERFUL HOW SWEET YOU ARE BEING TO YOUR LITTLE ALBERT."

THE OLD GENTLEMAN BLINKED HIS EYES A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE SAYING,

MY GRANDSON'S NAME IS JOHN..........

I'M ALBERT...........

As in Romantic attachment? Family attachment?

Or does wisdom constitute a sort of detachment from these things?

To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it (Deuteronomy 10:14).

For God HIMSELF, said "The world is mine, and all that is in it" (Psalm 50:12).

He even created man with the ability to comprehend elements of His creation. And through the abundance of His mercy and LOVE toward us, He gives us the choice to serve him OR reject His.

We, brethren, serve a MIGHTY God!

"As for ME and MY house, WE shall serve the LORD" Joshua 24:15

Ok so this is the problem: Every year we put up christmas lights outside and plug them into a GFCI, which trips every time it rains or snows, and the lights do not work. Every year we tape all connections and make sure all boxes are covered, plastic covers...Why does this keep happening?? Also suppose I was to plug the lights into the front room of my house, with no GFCI, how great is the risk of getting electricuted? In other house we have done with out one and nobody has ever gotten electricuted...
Other INFO: GFCI replace august 07 by electrician 15 amp circuit, and we have about 12 amps of lights...

Tele-care uses network technology can relay various kinds of signal of the patient to doctor or medical personnel without the limitation of time and space. Therefore it may lighten medical personnel's burden and can look after the patient all the time. This project plans to setup a tele-care system used for indoor and outdoor occasions. Tumbling signal and physiological signal of the patient can be transmitted by active RFID label on the medical measuring device and received by active RFID reader which can relay the signal to the control center via network. When the medical personnel find the abnormal signal then he can converse and confirm the condition with the patient. PDA receive the tumbling signal and physiological signal from active RFID or blue tooth then reach the control center via GSM/GPRS. The collected data combined with patients background information will be analyzed to learn more about tele-care, then the patient can be more effectively taken care.

I'm 22 years old and have been dealing with fighting parents for the past 15 years. My dad has a history of drug use and flirting and my mom always caters to him. Don't get me wrong, we have had good times and I love my parents dearly!! They just never get along. --
About 7 weeks ago, they got in a huge fight and my dad left. He has been gone the whole time except for a few instances where he came home to fight and cuss us both out. He tends to get angry with me as well. There was talk that he was doing major drugs and even having sex with his cousin!! My mom promised me that things would be differend and I have really been there for her. --
To get to my point, yesterday my dad came home outta no where and my mom welcomed him with open arms!!!!! It pissed me off so bad. I have been thru 7 weeks of turmoil and she just welcomes him home!! I know I am 22 years old, but this just bothers me so much.--
ANyone have any advice of what i should do or say to my family??

would this be worth the money? I know I can't shoot vertically but...

They live here work here and no matter how much love care or sympathy you give them they just seem to be unappreciative rude and self centred.I'm not only talking about the men,but the women etc......their attitude is a turn-off,they don't seem to get it,and they are not liked(among most people i know)I find this in the iranian culture, the saudi culture,or whatever the hell these people call themselves. And why do they ALWAYS stick to their own kind and not want to mingle?

Should not an ungrown adult be given all the rights of a grown adult?

Just because thei're little doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to make decisions about their sexuality and give consent. They should be allowed to marry whoever they want and vote and drive cars. They should be allowed to enter into contrats and adopt children. We need to stop pretending that the Ungrown are somehow less that the Grown.

Do you agree?

According to findings published in the Journal of Research in Personality, 60 percent of males said that there was some likelihood that if they thought they could not get caught, they would be willing to force a women to do something she did not want to do and/or rape her.

So that's it? The majority of men are morally base? Who the hell can I trust? Is this blown out of proportion or is this accurate?
