my friend (it is my friend and not me lol) is being taken to a county court due to an on going feud with another member of the public. She has said that she will get sentenced to prison but i do not believe this as it is a county court. But im not sure how worried to be if they really can.

As a lawyer, friends approached me to handle a dispute with their contractor. Now the question is, do I send them a bill? They have asked for one in passing, but it feels weird. The matter became fairly complicated to deal with and therefore the invoice is $1,500. It's more of a moral dilemma at this point. Any thoughts?

For the last week I have been noticing my pup scratching alot and chewing around his tail and his hind legs. Its getting so bad that most of his hair is falling out and he is tearing open his skin. He doesnt have fleas I do a thourough search on him just about everyday. I also dont bathe him that much because they say that its bad for his natural oils. He seems perfectly healthy except his chewing..Any help would be great..

Now when you go to the store you see people half dressed or in there pj's, slippers, hair not brushed, it looks like they just rolled out of bed. I don't see why people dont take the time to get ready before they go out. In the 30's 40's an 50's they used to always get dressed up and look nice, take the time to iron there clothes and put on something that actually fits them. Even the low income people took the time to dress nice. What to the people?? Is it bcuz of laziness and excuses why they can't get ready anymore?

I have been hearing a lot about Roths and IRAs lately, and I would like to know exactly what they are, how they work, and if it would be a good idea to look into getting one. I am young, I haven't had to fill out tax returns or anything yet, but I will be in a year or so. I want to know the best way to invest my money and where to pt it so that it will grow.

I was totally unaware of this trend amongst our christian youth. This Emo ( Emotional) trend that includes a whole changing of how you dress and deal with your emotions. The music that you listen to and all the cutting that this trend leads to.
HOw do you see this new trend. Personally I find it very demonic and evil and has lead many young people to commit suicide. There is an estimated 2 million emo youth in the US alone

i got a speeding ticket and operating an unisured vehicle ticket a month ago. The police took my license and i have a court date set for tomarrow at 8:30 in a different county. Its about an hour away. I would probably have to go to get my license back if i don't want to get pulled over again, but what would happen if i didn't attend court tomarrow?

At the end of the DVD I got Darth Vaders spirit ( originally played by Sebastian Shaw) is replaced with Hayden Christensen( the guy who played Anakin in episode 2 and 3). What the heck is up with that. I'm confused about that.

The worldwide flood that destroyed all life on earth except for Noah, his family, and the animals in the ark occurred in 4990 B.C. In 2 Peter 3 God refers back to this flood and then transitions to the destruction of the universe by fire. In verse 8 God says, "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." This is interesting because God told Noah to get into the ark 7 days before He brought the worldwide flood (Genesis 7:4).

Multiplying 7 X 1000 = 7000 years (1 day=1000 years). Then 7000 years + 4990 BC = 2011 AD (year "0" must count for 1 year). Is this the year Christ will return as the "Lion of the tribe of Judah" to rapture the saints, destroy the universe bringing judgment on the ungodly, and create a new Heaven and Earth?

Before you answer, remember God told Abraham and Lot before He destroyed Sodom + Gomorrah.
