i got a speeding ticket and operating an unisured vehicle ticket a month ago. The police took my license and i have a court date set for tomarrow at 8:30 in a different county. Its about an hour away. I would probably have to go to get my license back if i don't want to get pulled over again, but what would happen if i didn't attend court tomarrow?

First, you'll be convicted in Absentia for the tickets, and given the 'book' fines for them, no breaks. Second your license will be suspended because you haven't shown that you now have insurance. Third you'll be charged with the new crime of Failure to Appear, and a warrant for your arrest on that charge "might" be issued. (In my area they don't issue FTA warrants until you also don't pay the ticket, and then they add a Failure to Pay and issue the warrant.)
All in all, it's a LOT better to show up and take care of it.

The judge will send out a bench warrant and the sheriff or police can come to your residence and take you to jail. I am a criminal justice student. Try to get someone to take you to that county for court. Make sure you have money to pay fines and court cost.

A warrant will be issued, for no appearance. If caught again or involved with the law, your name will have a warrant and you will serve some time. Go head and face the music, you will come out with a fine.

Well, you would automatically be found guilty on all charges and then a warrant would be issued for your arrest.
Best you show up at court.

Do you consider an arrest much trouble? If you dont then stay home and if you do then go to court.

Nothing, just forget about it. The court is very busy and they will just pass it over.
