Each day I come in, surf the net and do nothing. My boss is well aware of this but has nothing for me to do. Our company is merging with another next year and the redundancy word is being used a lot - I desperately want to move on but fear if I jump too soon I'll miss out - I've been in this job 10 years so the package would be good. If I suggest working shorter hours for a while then my boss will cut my pay, I could work from home but he's too scared to put it to his boss... I've even directly asked for the big R, but he just laughs it off... the merge is next spring, when do you think we will start hearing about redundancies ? or is my situation more complex - other people are still busy it's just that my boss has lost control of various duties and now is doing about 20% of the work he used to do, as I'm his PA it leaves me with zilch to do each day. which sounds great but is very soul destroying. HELP !

I have recently adopted a 2 year old female staffordshire bull terrier. She came with all her jab papers but no papers to prove her pedigree or anything to hint at her parentage.

1. Is there any way of having her tested/examined to prove her pedigree?
2. If so, would I be able get a certificate or get her registered with the kennel club as a pedigree dog?

I've had cross breeds before but never a pure breed so haven't got a clue what pedigrees are all about, and I'd like her to have one litter.
Any advice is welcomed and I live in the UK.

I need to know why The invasion of Grenada was considered a "flagrant violation of international law." I need a credible source, not just an answer. I don't necessarilly need an answer, so long as you give me a good website or book. Thank-you.

you don't have to help me on the 2 questions, just one im happy enough, the thing is i do not understand vectors much, so theres no point of getting answers without understanding, but if you can do at least one question, with your knowledge i would be grateful :) thanks!!

1.
Prove that the line x = 1 + 2t, y = -1 + 3t, z = 2 + 4t is parallel to the plane x - 2y + z = 6. What is the distance between the line and the plane?

2.

Let A, B and C be three non-parallel vectors in R3. Express A x (B x C)
in the form α*B + β*C with scalars α and β :
(i) Explain why it is clear that A x (B x C) must be a linear combination
of B and C;
(ii) Choose an orthonormal basis ijk adapted to the problem and prove it by
standard properties of the vector product.
(Note: there is a way of choosing the orthonormal basis in a way which makes
all the calculations very easy

I keep having nightmares all the time. I had at least 4 last night. And each one had to do with my kids or me being killed. My first one some guy broke into our home and stabbed my 1 year old in front of me, my second dream a guy stole my truck ( I don't have a truck) and he came back and shot me. Then another dream somebody took off with my 2 year old and killed him. And then in my last dream some guy was outside my window shooting at me trying to kill me. How can I stop having such graphic dreams about my family being killed? Does anybody know what the dreams stand for?

My 5 year old daughter is normal weight for her height(90 percentile) but she never eats a meal. She will eat a little bit of food and then say she is full. SO much that she cries and begs me not to make her eat anymore. Then 10 minutes later she is begging for food again. I have been taking the hard line about this and making her eat her dinner or she gets nothing else, but I feel like I am making my kid starve or something. She is not losing any weight. She does this at every meal without fail. I have a doctor appointment coming up on Wednesday but wanted to get others perspectives on this. Do you think this is really a physical issue, or is it psychological? She has been doing this since mid August.
