oh darling sunburn have a way of disappearing at its own time and pace...meanwhile, here's what you can do ---

*frequently pat affected areas with cool cloths (like baby wipes)
*take frequent cool showers or baths
*apply soothing lotion that contains aloe vera to sunburned areas

and please try not to peel the dried out skin...let it fall off naturally or lightly scrub it with soft cloth soaked with lotion

Depends on the degree. Best is let your natural healing process do its job.

Here are some natural ways to ease sunburn: One is to soak the body in a lukewarm bath to which a cup of baking soda has been added.

For rules of not getting one anymore...

Swim during these times only: 6-7 AM and 4-6 PM. May not be enjoyable but at least no sunburn even if you don't use a sunblock.

Sunblock with the highest SPF will help lessen sunburns but does not assure its claims.

And I personally think bikini lines are sexy. So no worries :p

Hey Felicity, you must have enjoyed Boracay. So those bikini lines shouldn't bother you so much.

If you are still around, enjoy the rest of your visit.

Rub mentholatum before you sleep. I would be happy to do it for you if I was in the Phillipines. Works for me especially after a day in the sun.
