The Watchtower, October 15, 1969 pages 622 and 623

"More recently earnest researchers of the Holy Bible have made a recheck of its chronology. According to their calculations the six millenniums of mankind's life on earth would end in the mid-seventies. …… Would not, then, the end of six millenniums of mankind's laborious enslavement under Satan the Devil be THE fitting time for Jehovah God to usher in a Sabbath millennium for all his human creatures? Yes, indeed! And his King Jesus Christ will be Lord of that Sabbath."

The is the definite article. The time not “a” time.

When I was younger, I was so strong. I had a rough childhood (not the roughest ever but worse than most) and I made it through without waivering. Now, at 23, I am weak. Life is easier now, but the problems I have are breaking me down. I am so depressed. I feel so alone and self-conscience. Is it possible I ran out of my strength? Or maybe I just underestimated how much the things in my childhood affected me then and so it seems much worse now? Does anyone else feel like this?

Hi, we are going to put our baby in her own room tonight for the first time. We have a very small flat and her room is right accross from ours. How did it go for you all and is there anything you can offer tip wise? Thanks in advance.

Hello world. How are you guys doing today? I am so
full, it is not even funny. Can't even imagine eating any
more turkey than what I have been. And of course as
you all know, I had my infamous, coveted, Georgia pecan
pie. By the Edwards company. But anyway, was
wondering if all of my religious friends, and atheists, had
a great Thanksgiving. And of so, what did you eat, or
do ? And what are you thankful for ? Best answer wins. *

you don't have to help me on the 2 questions, just one im happy enough, the thing is i do not understand vectors much, so theres no point of getting answers without understanding, but if you can do at least one question, with your knowledge i would be grateful :) thanks!!

1.
Prove that the line x = 1 + 2t, y = -1 + 3t, z = 2 + 4t is parallel to the plane x - 2y + z = 6. What is the distance between the line and the plane?

2.

Let A, B and C be three non-parallel vectors in R3. Express A x (B x C)
in the form α*B + β*C with scalars α and β :
(i) Explain why it is clear that A x (B x C) must be a linear combination
of B and C;
(ii) Choose an orthonormal basis ijk adapted to the problem and prove it by
standard properties of the vector product.
(Note: there is a way of choosing the orthonormal basis in a way which makes
all the calculations very easy

(this was deleted so I gotta post it again)

Yesterday I had to go to church again, but the service was even longer and more boring than usual so I brought with me my Nintendo DS and some earphones to try to finish off some levels.

Thing is, I got really into it and when I FINALLY managed to beat this level that I have been trying to complete for weeks I got up and screamed at the top of my voice
' Holy ****! Its finally ******* over!! Woohoo!'

What I realised too late was that was right after the preacher was finishing the service.

Two married buddies are out drinking one night when one turns to the other and says, “You know, I don’t know what else to do Whenever I go home after we’ve been out drinking, I turn the headlights off before I get to the driveway. I shut off the engine and coast into the garage. I take my shoes off before I go into the house, I sneak up the stairs, I get undressed in the bathroom. I ease into bed and my wife STILL wakes up and yells at me for staying out so late!”

His buddy looks at him and says, “Well, you’re obviously taking the wrong approach. I screech into the driveway, slam the door, storm up the steps, throw my shoes into the closet, jump into bed, slap her on the butt and say, ‘You as horny as I am?’ … and she always acts like she’s sound asleep

According to 1 Corinthians 3:9-15, there will be different degrees of reward in heaven......praise God.

With that said, do you also believe that in hell, there will be different degrees of torment as well?

I've never seen specific Scripture regarding this.....so this is really an opinion question.

Thanks,

Primo
