Is being forgiving, high on your priority list?
I have been reading about how important, forgiveness, is to even establish our own inner peace.
Praying for and forgiving others can transform lives?
I believe this. Easy? Not so much.
I am praying as I type to become more compassionate. loving and forgiving. Of myself and others.
I am so glad that I know I am a work in progress.
Would love to read your thoughts on forgiveness and how you practice it in your life.
Thankyou and Blessings to all.

I looked around
The sky was interesting
The moon was in the white sky and the sun was going down

I looked around
There were comforters and comfortees
I was suppose to be a comforter

I looked around like a tourist
as if the funeral-to-be was a spectacle
I was in my role of observer
and I saw my co-worker’s white face
without makeup was still quite pretty
Did her grief add to or subtract from her beauty?

I saw the mounds of dirt
some with flowers and some without
I tried not to think what it meant
what those mounds of dirt meant

The wife of the dead man fainted
I had been told that she didn’t love her husband
Then I remembered my friend telling me
the dead man took too long to die
the family prayed for his death

This is in reference to Article 1 section 8 of the US Constitution! So all of you war mongers believe that you just start over again at the end of the two years! This would make the limit and cut off meaningless! The Constitution is the law of the land and it states that you can't fund armies longer than two years without an Amendment! Where is the court, and why isn't this being applied? Help me to understand why!

I was in a car once with a mate and she said her radio was voice activated. "Radio volume up" she said (and the volume went up) change station i said intrigued and it changed station and i thought it was quite cool. She told me about a year later that she was controlling it with the buttons on the back of her steering wheel! How stupid did I feel?! What was the most gullible thing you have ever believed?

My mom was trying to talk me out of getting an epidural, she has had it before and says that it hurts more then going "natural". does anyone else have any opinions? I am a complete wimp and I have a very low pain tolerance...and as scared as I am of labor, the thought of sticking a 6' long needle in my back isn't much better...

i will have to meet a jury the coming week to present a work on some practical interventions that 3rd world countries specifically Ghana can adopt to deal with the menacing and delicate issue of climate change and global warning. it is a national essay competition and your contributions will be much welcomed to help draw Ghana a step ahead on her battle against climate change and its strings of problems.

Believers keep changing their definitions, so when non-believers begin to question one definition, the believer then shifts the attribution to something else entirely.*

If the Believers think they deserve the honor of describing what God is like, then when will the definition of God and his attributes be settled?

--------

*Example:
BELIEVER (B): "Jesus is God made flesh."
NON-BELIEVER (NB): "So he knew he would rise again?"
B: "Yes. He knew he would suffer like no one else."
NB: "But he knew it would last about a day, then he would get a 2-day nap, and rise again. Doesn't that mean it was simply a charade?"
B: "No! He suffered because he took on all our sins!"
NB: "So his suffering was supernatural, not natural?"
B: "Exactly! He's God!
NB: "So why exactly then did he have to become flesh?"
B: "So he could suffer."
NB: "So he had to become flesh to have supernatural pain. That makes no sense! Why not stay supernatural and have supernatural pain?"
B: "You need faith to understand it."

I married a single mom of two in August of 2006. Her and the kids have been living with me ever since (I did not legally adopt them). I supported them 100%. Shelter, food, bills, diapers, etc...

In mid-November of this year, due to the fact that me and my wife are separating, the kids moved out to their grandparents house (my in-laws) where they will stay till the end of the year, at minimum. There is also a chance that my wife will sign the kids over to my in-laws (i.e, they'll legally adopt them).

So, the bottom line is: I supported the kids for the first 10 and half months of the year. My in-laws supported them for the last one and half. Who gets to claim them on their taxes? If both sides file at the same time claiming the kids, who will get it?

We're not on good terms, so them signing anything allowing me to claim them is out of the question.

Me and my wife are still married and probably not gonna be divorced for few months into the new year.

Im due January 4th and confused about where to have the newborn sleep. I have a baby safety class in 2 weeks, but am getting the babies room ready now so would like to know what I need ready.

I have a crib and a pack n play that has a basinette. I assembled the basinette and the hooded part kept coming un-velcroed. It's dissapointing.

But anyways, where should the newborn sleep & for how long? When is it safe for baby to sleep in crib?

okay at the beginning of February, I'm getting a check worth about 2,000. and my mom said if i was going to get a car she would chip in a 1,000. so that is 3,000, but a local car dealership sales used cars to college students and takes 1,000 off the price. so for 3,000 i can get a 4,000 car. the car would be awesome because this city doesn't have buses/trolleys or any way to travel.
or i can get braces. i wanted something for my upper row because it has spacing. braces would be wonderful because if i had great teeth then i'd definitely be a 10. i am so low-confidence about my teeth.

i want both equally, because if i get a car i can get a much better job. if i get a better job then i can eventually get braces.
if i get braces i will have much better confidence. i have a low confidence.

The bill is: S 1959 "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, If this bill is passed, and becomes law, your words and actions could be considered terrorism. S 1959 EVISCERATES FREE SPEECH, and empowers the govt. to declare ANYTHING they deem an "extremist belief system", instantly make you a terrorist, resulting in stripping of US citizenship, torture, and/or execution, with no habeas corpus rights, no ability to challenge even in the US Supreme Court.
Please call your senators and ask them to vote no on S1959. and please spread the word. This is an emergency. I have already called both my senators, and so I know this is real.
