It's debatable but if guys like Mutombo and Yao Ming are in it, then Webber should be too, because he's better than those guys.

Since the Pistons didn't want to resign him, Webber didn't want to move again, so he basically just retired.

His heart and his mind aren't where his body is; simply put. He wants to be able to do the things he did 10 years ago, but cannot. Hopefully, he'll be able to provide periodical help off the bench like Grant Hill does in Phoenix.

he's too banged up, old and can't play defense. If he could defend rather than shoot, he would still be with the pistons or on a good squad.
