When you feel lost or down, what cheers you up and makes you realise everythings ok?

Sometimes when you're really down, it's hard to find the good in anything, but you have to try very hard to count your blessings, and recognize all the good that's in your life, even if you're not feeling it.

Your mantra should go something like this:

Nothing nor anyone can take away what's inside of me; I will survive & flourish.

Find happiness inside yourself; don't count on other perople to make you happy.

Materials things won't make your heart happy for long.

Each morning you are thankful to awaken to a new day & you and only you control what you make of today & tomorrow.

I feel I am best around family and friends....Thats most of the time. I am usually only down or lost feeling when I am alone...

Listening to talk radio shows or my own makes me remember my purpose in life, radio and I get inspired to work harder. I know it will lead to a big pay off
