I have been homescooled all my life, and will be though 8th grade, I'm in 6th now, And need to make a decision about high school, SHould I homeschool(like my Mom wants me to do) or go to public school? ( like my older brothers want me to ) I want to go o public because I want to take Band, But My Mom ways I could just join the youth orchastra, I'm in a jr. high band and I know people, so its not like I wouldn't know anyone, I'm coufused! What do you think??

To fight over which atheists are true atheists?

Isn't that the same argument, minus God?

I read something last night about someone who thought converted atheists were never "true atheists" in the first place. Excuse me, I'm confused. I thought to only requirement for being in atheist is lack of belief in God. If you don't believe in God, isn't that being an atheist? Regardless of whether you later find a reason to believe in God, for the moment, you are an atheist! Am I wrong in thinking this? Please explain.

I have mainly only used a digital SLR but when I saw Holga results I had to get one. The problem is all the pics are just poor. In all aspects they suck. I am curious some tips I can get a good quality picture while keeping that Holga funky affect.

I just had my 1996 Neon inspected last Tuesday. I just had to get new brakes, rotors, and tires. Over the weekend, I got a new car and gifted the Neon to my sister and brother in law. I signed the title over to him on Saturday. He calls me Sunday and is angry because he said that the transmission went. I found that strange since I drove the vehicle all last week. I also posted this question in the automotive section to see if the car would have passed an inspection with a bad transmission. But I am posting it here to discuss the ethical reasons. I don't know whether to feel bad or be angry. I mean I know Neons are junk, but my brother-in-law does not have a job and they needed a car. I did not charge him anything for the car and then I spent $540 for new brakes and tires because it was family. I would have never given him a vehicle that did not go into gear. In a way, he has some nerve being mad at me. I should have just took it to a junk yard and been done with it!

That means you will earn your own way. Why do people think that I as a God fearing person should pay for their medicine or housing when they are not earning their keep per the bible and then have the never to say since I will not give into their extortion I am not a Christian?

It is a false dilemma at best two (2) options are given and there are clearly better alternatives, like I keep what I earn.

ok. So my boyfriend (16) and I (14) have been dating for 6 months now. As you know Christmas is coming just around the corner and I'm going shopping for him tomorrow I do beleive. I'm so confused about what to get him. I know all that he likes and most of you will probably say think about his interest. But still that doesn't help. What would you get your boyfriend?! Ok well the Leica I am giving my wife for x-mass can except 55mm filters. Leica sells many filters to fit it but was snooping though one of my wifes camera bags and found a lot of UV filter and Polerized glass Filters that said 55mm. Are most filters universal as long as the mm is matched or will I need to by the specific leica filter. Just curious to see if some of them would fit?
