If the DA wants to allow the jury to consider a lighter sentence, but the defense wants to keep it either/or (hoping to increase the chance for an absolute acquittal), is the judge limitted in whether he can instruct the jury to consider the lesser sentence?

This is a felony case in Texas.

I am at a point of changing jobs at 56. I still look 10 years younger. My current position is bookkeeper/accounting part-time. I am thinking of going back to school for a new career in perhaps Medical billing. Will there be any point if I am too old to be hired? Are there any industries that pay well and welcome over 55's? Come on, you know they find out our age. Don't want to fight age discrimination. Just want well-paying, rewarding work.

ight ummmmmmmmmmi have a baby blue and white parakeet with a whitish purplish nose(so is that a boy or girl)
second question my bird is ina fairly large cage with toys.........and i want him to be a good pet but should i get him a friens cuz he looks lonley...and he never plays wit his toys he jus sits in the same spot the whole time and mumbles to his self...i have had him for almost 3 months so will some one plz help me lol....confused should i get him some more toys or a buddy but keep in mind thaT I WANT A FRIENDLY LOVE ABLE PET

well i usually am the one that people come to for advice and i most allways have the rite thing to tell them, but i am the one that needs the advice this go round. i cant figure out what to do or say to this girl that i am trying to get back together with. we have been talking about it and we both think that we should give it another chance but she just says that she needs some time to put herself back together from the relationship she just got out of like two monthes ago. well i am in no way trying to rush her in to falling back in love with me but i want to help her in any way i can. but i need to know what to say and what to do. i hate to say it but it seams as though i have run out of advice and i need yours, so please help.

Hello from the UK and I am in England and it is nice here and it is cold and it is frosty and it is November and it is nearly December so it will be Christmas soon and it gets cold in winter and it is winter now so it is cold and frosty but it does when it is winter and that is nice because I like winter and it is winter now so I am happy because it is nearly December and December is winter time which is what I like so it is nice and I like it because I do.
