I would say little person because midget is what they are. Little person sounds like you are trying to make them midgets and like a child.

I would think I have no clue. Only a midget or little person or the PC term for that person would know what is offensive to them.

Midget. Because it implies that it is less, like a midget car. Little person is just that, a little person, not less of a person.
