Where does your right to express your opinion end. If the person you are speaking to is likelly to strongly disagree, get offended, ect. How do others see this?

My daughter uses her father's last name. He presented a fake marriage certificate when I gave birth, which I was totally unaware of, and to my surprise, my baby had his last name. What can I do to have my baby's last name changed? I've googled it but all I can find was about a name change due to typo-errors.

This is an informal version of a philosophy Q that so many of U informal unschooled philosophers prefer. Is it biological as in genetic? It just comes with your genetic package, does it?

Okay this is what happened... I went for my regular "woman" checkup, and good my annual STD bloodwork as well, and a week and a half later, they tell me that my HSV 2 came back positive... I was in such shock because I've never had any signs or symptoms, that I went back for a "re-test"... well this time, they said that I was NEGATIVE for HSV 2, and positive for HSV 1... I'm so confused now, and they aren't doing anything to speed up the answers from the lab that they use... what should I do? What should I think? HELP!

Unfortunately i live in a neighborhood where ALOT of stray cats wander around. And the worse thing is they poop everywhere near my house and my neighbor's. I do try to chase them away before they can do it but unfortunately i cant keep track of it all the time. Now it reeks every where i go in my side of the neighborhood. Is the smell going to affect my health in any way?

I'm 29 years old and soon turning 30, and I have trouble finding a woman to meet and maybe to be my wife. I want to meet a woman who loves me and I want to start a family. I worry that being 30 years old no woman wants me and I think its too late to start a family. Where do people meet/find their significant mate/other? I always think that college is the place where people meet/find their significant other. I always regretted not finding a girlfriend/special woman during the time when I was at Baruch College. I'm worried that me in my 30s it's impossible to find a woman/significant other to marry and perhaps start a family. I'm still married but NOT HAPPILY married and soon to divorce. Where can I find my significant other to meet and perhaps marry?

I talked to a councellor about some issues i had, and one of the things he told me that i did not understand, was, to "accept yourself" even while you have the problem ur having.
