My father passed away recently and the paper work from the lawyer who handled his will and distribution of the estate and paper work for the joint items my mother and father had.
Will the mortgage company alter the payments if my father's name is removed from the mortgage leaving only my mother? I am very concerned about this because my father was paying an insanely low $650ish a month on their large estate home in Southern California (there is only 79000 left in the mortgage) and I don't want them to increase the payments.

GWALIOR, India (Reuters) - Sachin Tendulkar made 97 to power India to a six-wicket win over Pakistan in the fourth one-dayer on Thursday, taking an unassailable 3-1 lead in the series with a game to spare.

India coasted to 260 for four wickets in 46.3 overs chasing Pakistan's 255 for six. Pakistan's batting mainstay Mohammad Yousuf also missed out on a hundred, stranded on 99 not out.

The 34-year-old Tendulkar, out for 99 in the second match, struck 16 fours until he played on to the stumps against paceman Umar Gul on the verge of his 42nd one-day hundred, his sixth dismissal in the 90s in 2007. He was named man-of-the-match.

Yuvraj Singh (53 not out) then stroked his third fifty of the series and put on 101 runs for the unbroken fifth wicket with skipper Mahendra Dhoni (45 not out) to finish in style.

India secured only their second home series win over their traditional rivals in four attempts, the first since 1983-4.

14. My mother never believed me when I told her what he did to me, she never believed me when this other man she had living with us was sexually touching me down there everyday. I had to live with my step dad since I was 4 until I was 18. Well I dont hate my ex step-dad anymore, its hard to explain but eventhough I am traumatized about that, somehow I was able to live with him and try to get along with him, because my mom was never going to believe me and he was never going to leave the house. I dont know whats wrong with me, deep inside I care for him because he was like a father to me eventhough he did that. I guess I just got used to men molesting me that I didnt care because my mom didnt care. I brought up the subject last night, and my mom still tells me that she doesnt believe me, because I dont hate my ex step-dad and now she is telling me that she thinks that I liked her ex-husband!! Eventhough my mom has always put men infront of her children I still love her to death

To those who overcame their stuttering or on the way to recovery, please give me some advices aside from going to speech therapist to lessen and gradually overcome my stuttering. Also, please give me some books that can increase my speaking efficiency.

Last, is it true that stutters are highly intelligent? And that they stammer because their mouth cannot match the speed of their thoughts??

£50 a week and I still have to pay for my prescriptions and whatever else. If you don't go to hospital or you have to pay for prescriptions I think you should get something back, considering people who don't work get them for free.
