With all the modifications taking place in the broadcast world (Digital, High Definition...etc.) I was wondering how much longer the NFL would be broadcating its games in the standard frame format?

Every Sunday (and Monday night) I have to crop the picture to fill the entire widescreen of my television...this is rather annoying considering it cuts off the score and other information on the top and bottom of the screen.

What I find sort of amusing is the NFL proudly advertises the Samsung (which I would avoid at any cost) widescreen HDTV as the "offical television of the NFL." Yet all the games are still brought to us in the dull standard frame format...why go as far as to promote something like a widescreen television and broadcast in HD then disappoint its viewing audience by not being able to view the game in widescreen?

Thoughts? Rants? Answers? Opinions? Let's have 'em!

When a married couple lives in a state with no income taxes, they are allowed to deduct sales tax. If the couple paid $1560 in sales tax on a $26000 car and another car had state sales tax of $1800. Are the state sales taxes deductible on Schedule A? If yes, all of them, and do you list it under personal property taxes or under other taxes and write in state sales tax? Thanks, Tim

My fiance and I rescued a kitten who was abandoned in our apartment complex...he appears to be 90% Maine Coon. Great cat, but he loves to chew on us. He is really good about not clawing us, however he bites and chews. We've tried the Cat Fancy methods of yelling "ow!" and ignoring him, but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

I am trying to back up some files that I have place on my harddrive. I have tried placing them at two different locations to see if it's the location from where I am saving them from that was causing me the trouble, but no chance. I am trying to backup from Windows Backup to do this and I can't use anything else, because that's what my Assignment strictly sais. I got told to use a CD-RW instead as the backup has trouble with a CD-R, still no luck. I then googled it a bit and found that I should format the CD-RW first before the backup. It IS a blank disk afterall...so haven't tried that yet (I know that to format media is to prepare the media for use with a particular file system, and the format of the disk is different to the operating systems file format). The error I get is; "The backup file name could not be used. "I:\ICAS2017A.bkf", Please ensure it is a valid path, and that you have sufficient access". I AM an administrator, not networked..NO IDEA! Please help anybody??

I want to get help for myself. I am off of work tomorrow and want to call this therapy center my doctor referred me to months ago but I never called.

I am nervous about this and nervous about what people will think of me. I almost prefer to suffer and be "strong" then to admit defeat in a sense and have everyone worrying about me.

If I do this I know a lot of my issues will probably be made known to my family (cutting, drug use, etc) I don't wanna deal with that, but if I don't do something they will just know anyway.

Things have been "better" lately, I know that underneath things aren't really alright but at least I can feign being in a good mood lately and I'm not pulling my hair out with anxiety and other thoughts. It would be easy for me to blow this off, and I know I probably will.

Please some advice, I know a couple of you have been following my questions.

I just feel alone in all this anymore, the friends I turned to now all seem fake and uncaring, maybe its just me, idk...

My history class is very boring. All we do is write vocab, do worksheets, and read the chapters in the book outloud. Then when we have tests we have to write longggg essays and he is very specific on it. Then in my math class we have homework almost every single night. All we do in class is go over the bellring, review the previous nights homework, and sometimes do some notes. She hardly ever teaches us anything. We had 43 grades (mainly hw) last 9 weeks. Then in my science class we do the same thing literally every single day. Copy down notes from the board, write vocab, answer questions from the book, and do worksheets. The only time we do anything different is on test days. Then my english class is BORING. All the teacher does it talk about pointless stuff. She gets off topic and its so annoying. I hate my classes.

My parents are most likely getting a divorce. My mom keeps saying over the year she is and I think its happening. She is never home anymore.. She doesnt care about my school work or anything. I got introuble she didnt even care. Its what 11:36 PM and I havent seen my mom since she dropped me off in the morning. I heard my dad saying she went to the lawyers today.
