If so, what did they to get banned? I live in Salt Lake & don't know if they are or not-(I heard Trent Reznor got banned for burning a bible &/or a book of mormon on stage here in Salt Lake, is that true?)

Nope they can both play here. The SLC story is, they refused to let Manson play, so Trent brought him onstage with NIN and Manson tore pages out of the Mormon bible.

Well, right now I'm living in a tiny town near Los Angeles, and basically the only bands that ever play here are local ones, so no, I don't think they're banned here. My hometown is Franklin, Tennessee though, but I'm not sure about there.

NYC has banned bands before...Leftover Crack ring any bells...nahh of course you losers are talking about NIN and that weak sauce fool Manson. God I can't believe Slayer had the decency to go on tour with him/her/it. I'm also pretty sure they're not banned anywhere...they're way too mainstream and they don't sing about anything important to be banned anywhere

I'm in NYC, I would find it funny if we ban any band. I know NIN's been in NYC in the past few years a couple of times and Manson, I'm certain has been here. Most bands have been here.

No. I've been lucky enough to see both. Marilyn was here a few years ago and NIN visited earlier this year. They didn't do anything bad at all, I had a great time. :-)

yeah, i live in myrtle beach and Marylin Manson is banned from playing at the House of Blues, i forget why

9 Inch Nails just did a concert here -- but if Marilyn Manson ever showed up, he'd get tarred and feathered and used for target practice -- I live in Redneck Central.
