My husband and I are seperated. I cannot afford a divorce. We had a joint checking account and he ran it into the negative. The bank said that I could not close the account out without a divorce. I then opened my own account with the same bank. Now my bank has taken money out of my account to pay off the joint account. Can they do this?

My husband spends all his spare time at the pub he dosn't want to be with me and seems our children.last week he spent every night there and uses the excuse he works so hard.
i have had enough.he told our children he would watch them at swimming club but on the way home we saw him at the pub and didnt get home till late claiming he was so tired from work i cant remember the last time he sat and ate a meal with us.
to all our friends he is just the best person hes funny, generous and seems to be caring but at home he is completly different.
i love him but have had enough of his drinking and him thinking about himself. after plenty of arguments to try and keep him at home so we can be a family i have had it and he has gone have i done the right thing.the kids are used to him not being here and seem ok but they will react as this goes on longer

my ex gave me herpes and failed to tell me that she was infected until 3 months into the relationship.i'm on immunosuppressives(kidney transplants-2)and i can't take anything for it because it will interfere with my meds.i'm not sure if i want to follow that course(suing) but i'm curious as to what recourse i have.thank you for any help you may provide.

I am a swimmer and i have been working out for the past 10 years at the least. I am 21 now, and I really have very very little fat on my body, but my waist is still 34 inches. I dont really care about it, I think 34 is a good size.. but i was scouted by a couple different modeling agencies and they are saying that all my dimensions are fitting, but in order to get work my waist has to be much closer to that of a 31. Is there anyway to lose muscle weight in this area. Specifically obliques??

I got myself in a bunch of doo doo today! I told my cousin that I don't like this guy (nick) that my sister hooked up with me and she said she was going to break up with him for me on monday! We will be staying in the UK in Dec. 07. We're staying in Croydon, specifically near South Croydon. I can't find any info about the Tube being available in this area. I also can't find any info as to how we're going to get from London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 to Croydon.
