I am 26 , my dad and his new wife have 8 kids , my dad asked me to come stay and help w/ getting the kids up in the morning , feeding clothing , laundry and bossing kids into doing chores (wich often means threatening) , while he and his wife work , but when they get home i continue to be on call , it was originally to be in lieu of rent to do these things for a basement aprtment for me and my son , but then they changed their mind and put me in a small room upstairs , i was orginally supposed to come and go as i please after 6 , no i need permission , and my dad has started saying that i must ask every night my boyfriend stays over , which i humilateingly enough do , which i dealt with then he started saying that my bf couldnt stay over unless he was (my dad at home) my bf is a school teacher , dresses acts professional is out of the house by 5 every morning , he helps with chores , the kids and helps clean the house w/ me. Does this sound a bit unfair ?

God gave 2 laws about blood:

Don't eat it, and
Don't shed it

Each of these situations involve choosing between saving (or trying to save) your life, or breaking one of those laws.

What is the Jehovah's Witness view about them?

1. Eating meat with blood in it, or starving to death.

2. Kill or be killed.

3. Taking a blood transfusion or bleeding to death.

4. For women only (tubal pregnancy.) Having an operation to remove the tube and fetus which will result in the death of the child, but possibly prevent you from bleeding to death. Keep in mind that, in time, the fetus will die. You have to decide whether to wait for it to happen naturally, or having a share in deliberately ending the life of a living human. .

Could you justify or possibly justify breaking one of God's laws (don't eat blood, don't shed blood) to try to preserve your life in any of these situations? Is there a difference? If so, what?

Since the glory of the olive prediction seems to be chillingly fulfilled with Benedict XIV, are we in for Peter the Roman and the end. Even more chlling, 2012 is on it's way.

There is a home next to us with a lien notice on the door. It has been sitting empty for over a year and I'm not sure on the ownership details. By looking at the notice it seems the lien has been placed on the house by the HOA. It is in the amount of $1146.78. Is it true that you can pay the lien amount for someone and somehow be entitled to the home? How does this work? By the way we're in Arizona.

Thanks!

I know many people think that the serpent in the garden of eden was Satan because that's what it says in the new testament. But before the new testament was written, the serpent was just that, a serpent. The serpent didn't really do anything evil either. He just told Eve what the two trees were about, right? Also, I know that in the new testament, there is much reference of satan being around in the stories of the old testament; I'm not looking for that kind of evidence for satan or hell in the old testament. I'm only looking for direct evidence of satan or hell from passages of the old testament. Is there any?

In other words do the authorities in charge not have the obligation to protect their citizens regardless of the cost to those planning the attack?

i have a quest. regarding this, you can comment if you like. i went to see a lady who had this ability some time ago and she was even hired by the cops, etc, so she was not a fake, plus she was a very good person. she mentioned this particular man twice (a romantic interest) but when i went for a second reading (and my last one) she mentioned him too but what surprised me was that she didn't in fact say that was it and we'd be together. so that probably means he's not the one right. understand i'm not addicted to these things but it was a nice piece of news :) thanx

I am on my school's makeup crew and i am doing this one guy's makeup. He has acne (and probably uses some kind of acne ointment) so his face his red. But, his neck, arms, hand, etc are not red. What color cake makeup should I use on his face? Should I use a color with a red tint to match his acne face, or a lighter one to cancel out the redness, or a darker one , or one that matches his arm/hands/neck? I am going for a natural, everyday look.
