I've never measured a guy, so I don't know. And I never slept with a penis, just with a man who used his penis. There is a difference there if you think about it.
On a scale of 1 to 10, size matters ZERO. With one exception -- some guys are so big that sex with them is painful. Then it matters in a negative way.

My current boyfriend, he's almost pushing a foot. I don't have sex with him though.
The smallest I've seen was like a miniscule penis.
Ideal size would be anywhere between 6-8 Inches.
Big is above 7 inches in my opinion. Small is below 5 inches.
Size doesn't matter to me unless it's big enough to scare me. Then it's like "No way."

size doesnt matter as much as the hype of it. I have not been with numerous men and have been married for 18 years. i would think anything over 8 in is big...anything smaller than 5 in would be small. But there is more to sex than just your penis.

doesn't really matter except at the extremes.
my biggest is probably 9 inches and super super thick. it hurt.
my smallest was about 4inches. not enough.
5-7 gets job done. 7 is wonderful!

Mine is 4.5 inches and like the ladies have replied considered to be small.
