Think of something she enjoy as a hobby. Some women like to knit or embroidery. My find a nice pattern or kit project. If she like to bake cakes maybe a cake decorating kit, with different tips and rose petal forms.
These are just to get you thinking and not saying this what she need. A lot of times a good gift require some snooping to see what they have and what they need and would use.

It sounds like your aunt is a sort of crafty person that will enjoy simple things. I suggest going to a craft store and buying a really nice, sort of fancy looking, but also cheap basket. Go to your nearby store that sells candles, and pick a few of those, placing them neatly in the basket. Then you should get a little bath/body care kit. You can put it in the basket aswell, everyone loves bath and body kits! Good luck hun.

Yankee candles do some lovely candles like Apple pie or Cinnimon. Check out the QVC.UK site.

in case you have a purple or green velvety dress, that must be suitable for Christmas. in case you do not have one, discover a severe-high quality dress something modest which you will possibly have the skill to placed directly to church. Low heeled footwear may be advantageous. Merry Christmas!!!

you could always ask her what she would like.. or at the next family get-together ask everyone what their favorite christmas memories are.. and take notes when she talks..

Or something you make.. a picture of you in a nice frame maybe.. or go through old photo albums and give her a photo of her childhood..
