I have heard that there are tax advantages, whether federal or state, I do not know, that there is a 15% tax break if the Owner or President of the S-Corp is female. I have a S-Corp, and remember something about "WEW" at the state level, but cannot find it on any of the .gov or .org sites.

Any ideas or links would be greatly appreciated.

sometimes my computer freezes or just runs slow and i cant shut it down so i force it by pressing the power button for a couple of seconds.is this bad for the computer, motherboard,.... if it makes a difference i have a windows laptop.

Why do we see spiral shaped galaxies when gravity should pull everything into a sphere? You don't see any spiral shaped planets. Infact, what is stopping gravity from pulling everything in a galaxy into one massive ball of matter?

Man, I havent been on very long today and the left seems to be out in full force spewing their hatred and lies. I see blueridge saying how the left is superior and a blue guy saying we only see the world as "us vs them." I dont know, but I would def. say today the left is the one spewing its propaganda and doing all the name calling.....Anyone else agree?

OK you wonderful people helped me figure out how to use my Olympus digi camera from 2001 to take close up pics for my ebay listings, but today I am doing it and it is cutting them like 1/2 off, even tho when I look in my viewer and I can see it all, I suppose I have messed up another setting can anyone offer this ol' sillywilly some help ! I am trying to list and the pics wont cooperate :) thanks

This past spring, we tore up our wall-to-wall carpeting in favor of the still decent hardwood floors underneath, and now our downstairs is cold. Does anyone know of a way to remedy (or at least minimize) this problem that doesn't involve area rugs? I'd really like to have no rugs at all. Inexpensive would be nice, too, if possible :)
