I'm all about naming patterns.
Since your first 2 boys have short 4 letter names with the K/C sound..I vote for Nick
Then you'll have Jake, Eric, and Nick. That will be lovely on a Christmas card.
Michelle is a cute girls name, but again, I would look for something short and sweet...to match the boys
I always like to select the middle name after someone in the family.

Love the name Caleb. Not crazy about Ronsen. My boys are Cody Jacob and Seth Hunter. If my daughter was a boy it would have been Caleb Lucas.
My daughters name is Shayna Grace.

I love the name Caleb Ronsen! Wish I could have thought of it! :) We grew up with a Caleb and normally you wouldn't think that you could find a nickname for that name but we all called our friend Leb or Lebby. Somehow it got started, it stuck and it just fit him. Good luck!
